What is passion?

“To live life with passion”

There is sexual passion – this entails sex. If you have no passion in your own life – How do you really express sexual passion, when you are not sure what real passion is?

Passion is positive expression.

Live your life,

Live your dreams

Live with your love for life

Live your life with heart.

People say, “ You have too much heart”

Why can you not live with all your heart?

Why do people grow angry and resentful?

Can you not see that we all make mistakes?

That it is only when we do make mistakes is when we learn and grow.

Everyone is not perfect.

No one is ever perfect no matter how they think.

When you really think of it.

No one has the right to control another.

We are all here to learn and support and give more options to one and other.

Why do we take on others pain and guilt?

Why do we feel if we do that we are helping them?

When in actual fact we are hurting ourselves.

I tried for many years to do this and always forgetting about myself and when the first time I think of myself I was called selfish. I tried many years taking others blame, shame, pain and hurt, in the end it did not change too many things for those people, because they kept making the same mistakes over and over again and did not learn from them. However, I took on all pain of their lives and became the “punching bag”, my life was never important, I lost the respect from them and then I lost respect for myself.

I became their target for pain, and I never gained anything, in fact I lost everything including myself.

When all I did was open my heart to them.

I was always outside of their door. They would only open the door whenever they needed or wanted something. When I needed someone, they turned away.

I find Life different now. I need to take control of my life and I am being “Selfish” For myself.

All those years, I helped so many and even now still go out and help but not at the expense of myself. There are not many who stayed around, to stay by my side.

I have been told “I feel too much”, I turn around and say “You should feel much more, you should feel right down into your very core. And then explore. That is when you feel life knocking right at your door”.

When I see people, I see them for who they really are, I see past and behind their mask of life. I see their eyes and into their soul.

They can try to hide behind many masks, I see their eyes and they lead me into their soul.

Is this what is called passion for life?

I do not know, but why not explore it, you will always learn much more.

We cannot share our passion if you do not have a passion in yourself.

Love and Respect yourself.

 Everyone must find their passion and pursue it.

You must love and understand yourself before you can truly share and be in love.

Passion in your dreams, passion in your ideas, passion in yourself.

We cannot be with another if at first we are not ourselves

To be and feel fulfilled we must find our own passion and our own love within ourselves.
